One of the top three reasons for visiting France is the food. The other two reasons are riding in the Alps and the Pyrénées and escaping the East Texas summer weather. Even with all of the riding that I am doing, I will need to undertake a starvation diet when I return home. Many thanks to the wonderful chefs at the Monastère de Ségriès, the Pyrénées Cycling Lodge, and Les Deux Velos.
